and my body feels like is it going to fall apart. I was going to workout but even though I’m lying in bed right now my body is pulsating. It really feels like my limbs are going to fall of. I worked a 12 hour shift while standing majority of the time. Hopefully my body will adjust as I continue to workout and strengthen my body. But, I honestly cannot workout tonight; my body is in so much pain.
Just did three of these ten minute videos for a 30 min workout. I did Simple Slimmer, Butt & Thigh Blaster, then Fat Burning Party. At first I thought these videos wouldn’t be intense enough but I am sweating so much and it feels great! I will mix up these videos with the more intense Jillian Michaels videos that I’ve been doing also.
I worked out once this whole week : (. I’ve been super busy as I just started a new job at a hospital and went to orientation all this week, plus Tuesday and Wednesday I had a fever so I felt horrible. I am moving along this journey slow but I will get there.

Just finished working out. In these last two weeks I have been inconsistent with working out and eating right. But I will get better just trying to keep my mind in the game. Will not give up!
Made this cheesy potato soup today. It was so easy and simple; I broke up the ritz crackers on top of it. When I eat the leftovers for breakfast I will add cut up turkey lunch meat. YUM!
